Dorner is a privately held World Leader in the design, applications, manufacturing, and integration of conveyor systems with locations worldwide.
Dorner was founded in 1966 and is based in Hartland, Wisconsin as a tool and die company. When the need for a customized conveyor couldn’t be met, Dorner created and patented their own. Beginning with the low profile 4100 Series, Dorner has built a product line with a reputation for high quality over the last 40 years.
2200 Series low profile, high performance fabric and modular belt conveyors feature a high speed nose bar transfer option, a durable single piece frame design, universal T-slots, and a wide range of belting and guiding options.
The 1100 Series conveyor platform is the industry’s smallest conveyor with a compact design featuring a 3/4″ frame height. This low profile enables the conveyor to fit into the tightest of spaces, freeing up valuable machine or worker space.
3200 Series conveyors are Heavy duty low maintenance fabric belt conveyors. This series offers a variety of options; Belted, Modular Belt, Precision Move, and Conveyors with Intralox Activated Roller Belt™-each with many different features and benefits to choose from.
Dorner uses in-house splicing, cleat welding, and v-guiding techniques to create quality belts that will enhance any conveyor system. Their in-house belting department allows Dorner to build conveyors that operate more efficiently by making belts that perform well and track properly.
Dorner’s Pallet System conveyors simplify product flow and control with features such as a unique pin tracking system, industry compatible pallet sizes and innovative modules.
SmartFlex® conveyors are designed and shipped to keep things simple; Dorner guarantees fast and easy set up. SmartFlex conveyors are your solution for a unique conveyor need.
7X series conveyors, also known as AquaGard and AquaPruf platforms, are sanitary conveyors for food handling, designed for fast and effective sanitation and protection from contamination. Dorner offers the only USDA certified conveyors in the industry: the AquaPruf 7400 Ultimate and 7600 Ultimate.
