Pick & Place Robots
The Y series pick & place parallel type robots can be used for material handling and assembly applications in a variety of industries, including food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, electronics, machinery, and solar panels. Extra Large Payload Robots – Up to 3,300lbs
The M series of maximum payload robots incorporates a compact profile design with long reach and high wrist torque. CX series robots are for general purpose. They offer a large payload capacity and feature a strong, yet lightweight, hollow arm and a new, smaller sized universal controller. The series high-speed and slim arm design was developed to suit a wide range of applications, such as Assembly, Machine Tending, Material Removal, Spot Welding, Friction Spot Joining, Material Handling and Sealing / Dispensing.

B series robots were developed for spot welding applications. Kawasaki’s proven advanced technology and wide automotive experience take their performance to the next level. The robots offer through-arm cable routing, a space saving design with a wide work envelope, as well as heavy-duty motors and advanced motion control technology. These features reduce manufacturing line build and digital engineering time, support installation in “high-density” applications, and bolster high speed short-pitch movements, making the B series robots perfect for spot welding.
Small to Medium Payload Robots – Up to 176lbs.
Kawasaki arc welding robots use state-of-the-art technology to rival the quality of a skilled human welder. The robots are equipped standard with arc welding specific software to enable quick and easy programming of the process path.
